The screenplay was written by Guillermo del Toro, Marc Guggenheim, Dan Hageman, and Kevin Hageman, who also served as producers for the film. This movie serves as the epic conclusion to Guillermo del Toro’s Tales of Arcadia franchise, which includes the popular television series Trollhunters, 3Below, and Wizards.
Set one year after the events of Wizards, the story follows the reunion of the Guardians of Arcadia for a final showdown against the malevolent Arcane Order, who have managed to awaken the ancient Titans from their slumber.
