In the year 2075, Earth has been devastated by an alien invasion, leaving almost no life or breathable oxygen behind. The only surviving plant species are resilient cacti. The aliens aim to eradicate or steal all the cacti to completely eliminate life on Earth. Brave Granny, who cultivates her cacti along the roadside to ensure they receive sunlight, must defend them from the extraterrestrial threat. She has discovered that the aliens are afraid of human pills and possesses a large stockpile, along with a loaded shotgun for emergencies.
